GastroTabs® Rapid is a high-efficacy antacid presented in tablets with RAPIDTABSTM technology that works in less than 1min, helping to alleviate the discomfort caused by excess of acidity resulting from a poor digestion.

The ingredients of GastroTabs® Rapid helps to neutralize the excess of acid produced in the stomach throughout 2 mechanisms:

  • Reacting directly with acidic radicals of stomach forming a type of mineral salt, which helps to neutralize the pH.
  • Creating a protective barrier which adheres to the stomach wall contributing to a better digestive process.

GastroTabs® Rapid is a very safe product which containing mineral active ingredients. Once on the stomach, RAPIDTABSTM tablets absorb gastric fluids rapidly, expanding and disintegrating immediately. After its rapid dissolution the active ingredients are released, which produce an immediate effect on the symptoms by neutralizing the excess acidic pH of the stomach. The mineral components of GastroTabs® Rapid are very safe, combining antacids properties with varying effects and duration to offer a complete solution against acidity.

Indications

GastroTabs® Rapid is indicated in the relief of burning and discomfort caused by excess acidity resulting from poor digestion.

Presentation

GastroTabs® Rapid is presented in a box with 30 oral fast-dissolving tablets of 787,3 mg.

Ingredients

Calcium carbonate (calcium); Magnesium carbonate (magnesium); Sodium bicarbonate; Bulking agents: Microcrystalline cellulose, Calcium Phosphates; Coating agents: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Microcrystalline cellulose, Glycerol, Talc, Titanium dioxide, lndigo carmine, Brilliant blue FCF; Anti-caking agent: Polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, Magnesium salts of fatty acids, Silicon dioxide, Talc.

How to use

GastroTabs® Rapid must be taken whenever necessary to relieve heartburn and discomfort caused by a poor digestion of food and beverages.

  • Adults, including elderly and children over 12 years: Take 1 or 2 GastroTabs® Rapid tablets after a meal. If suffer from night acidity problems you should take a GastroTabs® Rapid tablet before bedtime. GastroTabs® Rapid can be taken up to four times per day.
  • Children under 12 years of age: This product should be administered only under medical recommendation and supervision.

Additional information

GastroTabs® Rapid has a shelf life of 36 months.

GastroTabs® Rapid is classified as food supplement according to the regulation 2002/46 of EU.
