how to use
Due the characteristics and advantages of FortiFerrum®+ in the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency disorders, the target groups to use this product are the following:
- Children over 3 years old = Take 1 sachet per day (WHO Recommendations – 14-28mg of iron supplement daily);
- Adolescents and adults = Take 1 or 2 sachets per day (WHO Recommendations – 30-45mg of iron supplement daily);
- Pregnant woman * (WHO Recommendations = 30-60mg of iron daily + Folic acid).

IMPORTANT: FortiFerrum®+ is for take directly without the need for dilution in water.
