how to use
The recommended dose of Alyvium® is two capsules daily taken at a time with some food.
The first effects can be taken into account after 30/60 days of starting treatment. Once the results are perceived, one can try to reduce the dose to 1 capsule daily, although care should be taken to maintain the effectiveness of the treatment. Like any other food, ingredient or active ingredient that should be consumed daily and repeatedly, it is advisable to follow a reasonable period of rest from intake after several months of consumption.
